Soon after a Palestinian teenager stabbed and killed Nehemia Lavi, and Aharon Banita. Banita’s wife was badly hurt, and their baby injured in Old City terror stabbing. Manal Tamimi shared a post praising the perpetrator.
A day later, Nariman posted a cartoon glorifying the attack, which she shared from a Palestinian news site, where it was “liked” by more than 14,000 people and shared by more than 1,700. The cartoon suggests that the terrorist was targeting a soldier, while the truth is he was targeting a couple with two children returning from prayers at the Western Wall.
While Bassem Tamimi generally avoids publicly sharing posts that reflect open support for terrorism, some of his Facebook activity indicates that he “likes” the al-Qassam Brigades, the armed wing of the Hamas terrorist movement. One of the examples of his sympathy for Hamas’ terror army is the like on a post promoting the al-Qassam Brigades on the Facebook page of Ahed, his daughter.
For someone who claims non-violence the refuse to condemn terror attacks on innocent civilians. and advocating the stone throwing as “culture and … history.” Bassem Tamimi may pretend that Palestinian youngsters target only well-protected IDF soldiers, but in about one-third of rock-throwing incidents, civilians are the target; sometimes with deadly results, sometimes causing life-long disabilities, and oftentimes causing injury.
Bassem Tamimi’s wife Nariman has tried to justify the participation of their children with completely fabricated stories, and Bassem Tamimi has insisted on the involvement of children because this is “their duty” and they “must be strong.” Since Bassem Tamimi obviously believes—or at least would like others to believe—that Israeli soldiers either shoot little children for fun or arrest them to harvest their organs, one can only pity the children who are being told by completely irresponsible adults that it is their “duty” to put themselves in such danger.
Besides Nariman Tamimi shared post glorifying Ahlam Tamimi
Here she is sharing a Facebook post from a family member honoring the teenaged terrorist who killed the 13-year-old sleeping Hallel Yaffa Ariel after breaking into her home. As far as the Tamimis are concerned, the murder of Hallel Yaffa helped “to return to the homeland its awe/reverence.”
There are countless posts and tweets from that family who promote hatred and violence toward Jews and glorifying terrorist that managed to kill the Jews.
